Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable legislation, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason.

Return Conditions

• Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed and with their tags
• Items must be sent back in their original packaging or suitable packaging
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

Return Procedure

1. Contact us by email at contact@avenue-georgev.com specifying your order number and the item(s) concerned
2. You will receive a confirmation email with return instructions
3. Ship the parcel to the address indicated in the email

Refund

The refund is processed within 14 days of receipt and inspection of the returned item, via the same payment method used for the original order.
