Terms and Conditions

Article 1 — Purpose

These general terms and conditions of sale govern the contractual relationship between V SIX GROUP and its customers in the context of online sales on the avenue-georgev.com website.

Article 2 — Prices

Prices are shown in euros, inclusive of all taxes. V SIX GROUP reserves the right to change its prices at any time; products are invoiced based on the rates in force at the time the order is confirmed.

Article 3 — Orders

Any order placed on the avenue-georgev.com website constitutes a sales contract. Confirming the order implies full and complete acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale.

Article 4 — Delivery

Orders are delivered to the address provided by the customer at the time of ordering. Delivery times are given as an indication. V SIX GROUP cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to the carrier.

Article 5 — Returns and Refunds

In accordance with applicable legislation, the customer has 14 days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and with their labels attached.

Article 6 — Payment

Payment is made by credit card via our secure payment partner Stripe. The amount is debited at the time the order is confirmed.
